I turn market opportunities into products and businesses that generate revenue. Over more than 15 years, I have worked across hospitality, telecoms and digital media, combining product strategy, go-to-market execution, partnerships and monetisation.

Today, as Director of Revenue Management at Stayboost, I help hotels, villas and short-stay properties in Sri Lanka improve their pricing, distribution and booking operations. The work spans dynamic pricing, OTA optimisation, channel management, direct-booking strategy and guest communication.

As Founder of One Verge Holdings, I also work on business strategy, brand development and turning promising opportunities into viable ventures.

A commercial thread through different industries.

Earlier work took me through telecom value-added services, mobile TV and video-on-demand, content production and hospitality technology. Each setting required the product, its distribution and its revenue model to work together.

At Apalya Technologies, that meant connecting telecom partnerships with mobile video growth. At Rawberry and Show Media, it meant bringing content businesses to market. At Pleasurely Leisure, it meant helping hotels adopt the technology and support needed for connected booking operations.

I’m comfortable moving between strategy and execution: shaping an offer, negotiating a partnership, launching a service or improving the day-to-day commercial operation. The aim is to make the business model work alongside the product and customer experience.
