When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. An organisation or property name is optional. These details are used to receive and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Form submissions are passed to the site’s configured email service. This website’s contact plugin does not keep a separate database archive of enquiry messages. Messages that reach the recipient’s mailbox are handled there.

Spam protection and essential functions

The form uses security tokens and a hidden spam field. Short-lived, hashed identifiers are used to limit repeated requests and duplicate submissions. These controls do not store a copy of your message in a public record.

WordPress may use essential cookies for logged-in administrators. The site does not enable advertising pixels, optional analytics or a newsletter subscription by default. Hosting and email services may maintain their own operational logs.
